Provides customer support 24 hrs a day, 365 days a year. We log and document all incoming service incidents and provide customer visibility to all open/closed incidents.

Field Support Team

Progressive Gaming currently services the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, Macau, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. On call service 24 hrs, 365 days a year. We have service locations throughout the world providing installation and service of systems, tables, slots and progressives/mysteries. We provide onsite, phone and technical support of all products. Progressive Gaming's highly experienced technical support staff has an average of 5-7 years of product experience. Field Support Engineers have transitioned from primarily hardware to software/hardware solutions.
