Progressive Gaming International Corporation, Shuffle Master, Inc. and IGT have joined forces to set the standard for table game automation with the new Table iD™. Table iD combines table management software, RFID Chip Tracking, Bonusing™ and image-based card recognition and analysis into one comprehensive solution.
Table iD can be installed on your existing tables, adding additional automation, accuracy and profitability with each tier. Each tier is fully integrated, enabling a "phased" implementation approach to meet your budgetary and operational needs.
TABLE MANAGER™
Table Manager automates many of the traditional and manual tasks assigned to floor supervisors and pit clerks allowing those individuals to effectively focus on customer service and game protection. The tasks automated by Table Manager include player ratings, cash drop, head counts, markers, comp issuance and table accounting transactions (openers, closers, fills and credits).
CHIP MANAGER™
Table iD Chip Manager, through RFID tracking, identifies and records bets made by players. Chip Manager provides additional accuracy and valuable information to your player database. For example, true game handle (Coin-In) is captured, player betting patterns are revealed and exact dealer and player decisions per hour are summarized. In addition, ancillary RF products can be integrated into Chip Manager as well.
How does it work? On the outside, the RFID chip looks and feels like a standard gaming chip. On the inside, each chip is embedded with a tiny radio frequency (RF) microchip. When a chip is placed in the betting circle, a detector plate emits an electromagnetic field that recognizes the value of the chip and relays the data to the table's PC.
CARD/GAME MANAGER™
By adding individual player rating information and overall game results, Table iD Card/Game Manager is the final step in the process. Through use of an embedded camera in a self-contained card shoe coupled with our sophisticated back-end software application, detailed player and game analysis metrics such as player skill, player counting flags, player win/loss, dealer mistakes and payback are captured.
